Job Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support operational efficiency.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate activities between teams and external partners.
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written expression.
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
