Artificial Intelligence Developer Position

We seek an exceptional AI developer with expertise in Python and a strong background in AI/ML development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents from scratch without relying on third-party libraries or external platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI agents and machine learning models using Python, focusing on custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing and decision-making logic.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI and ML model development.
  • Train and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems, as applicable.
  • Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Proven experience building AI systems or agents without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
