MGT-Commerce offers managed cloud hosting services for Magento e-commerce shops on Amazon Web Services (AWS). As an AWS Advanced Technology Partner, the company delivers optimized performance and security for Magento stores through tailored technology stacks and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and security of clients' systems hosted on our managed hosting platform.

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based servers on our managed hosting platform.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for clients' systems.
  • Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support managed hosting services.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their hosting requirements and providing technical support and solutions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with web hosting control panels is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
