Role Summary

Closing Ratio/Meeting all KPI of team members and self is a key performance indicator for this role.

  • Negotiate with dealers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Handle large value claims efficiently.
  • Avoid cost wastage through effective process management.
  • Conduct workshops to enhance team skills.
  • Provide regular training on claims policies.
  • Ensure faster settlements.
  • Maintain a settlement ratio of 97% and an investment ratio of 3%.

Re-open ratio/Segmentation of vehicles is also a critical aspect of this role.

  • Separate claims according to vehicles.
  • Conduct team meetings with internal and external surveyors.
  • Ensure re-open of claims does not exceed 2%.
Key Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesStakeholder interfacesExperience

3-5 years of experience in Motor Claims & Body paint Workshop is required.

Education
  • Preferably Diploma in Automobile.
  • Graduate from Mechanical Engineer.
  • Graduate from Any discipline with prior experience in Claims.
