Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Performance Optimization Engineer to join our team.

This role involves defining and applying performance/scalability benchmarks using profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.

  • Work in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability.
  • Plan and execute performance tests using automated environments, analyze results, and participate in architecture and design reviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with performance testing, troubleshooting, and analysis.

You will work on emerging technologies like BTP, design and conduct performance tests, and collaborate with development engineers and functional analysts to understand new cutting-edge software.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities

  1. Define and apply performance/scalability benchmarks using profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong programming skills, including experience with languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with performance testing, troubleshooting, and analysis.
