Job Title: Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team. This role involves performing a comprehensive assessment of existing data models and designing scalable, domain-aligned target-state data models.

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise data modeling.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle (PL/SQL, schema design, performance tuning).
  • 3+ years of experience designing data models for microservices or distributed architectures.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle and modern microservices-based architecture, and be able to collaborate with application architects, integration teams, and domain owners to align data models with service boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document existing relational data models.
  • Identify dependencies, shared schemas, and tightly coupled data entities across business domains.
  • Define target-state logical and physical data models aligned with microservices and bounded context principles.
  • Design data partitioning, ownership boundaries, and communication patterns between microservices.
