Construction Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Surveyor to join our team at XYZ Reality. As an AR expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of construction installations across various disciplines.

• Conduct daily site inspections using the Atom (Augmented Reality headset) to identify any errors or discrepancies with the BIM model.
• Produce detailed reports and deliverables based on your findings, highlighting any areas of concern.
• Collaborate with contractors to plan daily activities and coordinate with them to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analyze data from inspections to guarantee its accuracy and reliability.
• Communicate regularly with senior FAEs and Field Operations Managers to maintain efficient workflows and meet deadlines.
• Develop weekly lookahead schedules for inspections, working closely with contractors to minimize the risk of incorrect installation.
• Utilize a Total Station to establish and maintain control networks on-site, ensuring the precision of holographic projections.

• A minimum of 1-5 years' experience in Construction, preferably in a Surveying, BIM, or Engineering role.
• Familiarity with technology and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Revit software.
• Strong knowledge of Augmented Reality and its applications in construction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
