We are seeking an experienced Level 3 NOC Support Engineer with CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) or CCIE Service Provider (SP) certification to provide stand-up implementation support for a mixed NX-OS and IOS-XE environment. This role requires expertise in MPLS/IP, VXLAN with MP-EVPN, QoS, SR-TE, Nexus vPC, and network monitoring practices to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) or CCIE Service Provider (SP) certification (Active).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in network operations and support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with NX-OS and IOS-XE environments.
- Deep understanding of MPLS, VXLAN with MP-EVPN, QoS, SR-TE, and Nexus vPC.
- Expertise in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SPAN, NetFlow, SNMP, etc.).
- Proven ability to establish and enforce best practices for maintenance and monitoring of enterprise and service provider networks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
