Key Role: Oracle HCM Reporting and Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team at Admin Looks. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle OTBI, BIP, and Fast Formulas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Design, develop, and implement Fast Formulas to meet various business needs within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity and accuracy within reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OTBI, BIP, and Fast Formulas.
  • Optimize and enhance existing reports and formulas for better performance and usability.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical roles.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
