Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales executive to join our team at Vaakruthi Software Solutions Private Limited. As an Inside Sales representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic customer engagement and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop new business relationships through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to address customer queries and concerns
- Utilize data analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize performance
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales or Telecalling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
