Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales executive to join our team at Vaakruthi Software Solutions Private Limited. As an Inside Sales representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic customer engagement and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and develop new business relationships through effective sales strategies and tactics
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  3. Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to address customer queries and concerns
  4. Utilize data analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize performance
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales or Telecalling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
