Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team in COCE Trade Processing. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing Corporate Actions across global positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrubs and sets up Corporate Actions in operating systems.
  • Monitors Corporate Actions across reliefs and identifies eligible global positions.
  • Follows up on events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings.
  • Manages election process for voluntary events with internal teams.
  • Handles all Corporate Action types within the scope of the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in trade processing and corporate actions.
