Automation Testing Framework Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization and help us build, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and related technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building robust automation frameworks for web applications, creating and executing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data-driven, hybrid, or BDD frameworks using TestNG, Cucumber, or JUnit.
  • Perform cross-browser testing and ensure compatibility across different environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, defect identification, and problem resolution.
  • Analyze and debug test failures, generate detailed reports, and maintain test documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in test automation and software quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks (BDD, data-driven, hybrid).
  • Experience with API automation testing tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
  • Proficient with test management and reporting tools like TestNG, Allure, or Extent Reports.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
