Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement team goals and objectives.

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities at the call center level, including HR functions and social media engagement. A strong leader with excellent communication and leadership skills is required to excel in this role.
