Job Opportunity: Spatial Designer

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced and creative Spatial Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative interior designs that meet client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to assess their requirements and adjust the design approach as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends and landscapes to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Spatial Designer is required.
  • Proven track record of delivering residential projects with attention to detail and precision.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services is a must.
  • Ability to create detailed project plans, coordinate with internal and external teams, and drive sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong behavioral attributes, including result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, clear communication, and a willingness to learn.
