We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably from the automobile domain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with decision-makers, and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

  • Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on company fit, interest level, and decision-making power.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects, understand their pain points, and introduce MyOperator's solutions.
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead interactions and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales development (preferably in SaaS/B2B sales).
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the automobile industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling rejections.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
