Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in English, and proficient in translating Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality, well-structured websites that balance performance, usability, and design accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate Figma designs into functional WordPress themes, templates, and components.
  • Ensure all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and true to design.
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss requirements, clarify tasks, and deliver on timelines.
  • Manage deployments, troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth launches.
  • Debug, test, and fix errors efficiently while maintaining clean, modular code.
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Work with plugins, integrations, and occasional custom development (PHP/MySQL, APIs).
Requirements & Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native-level English (spoken & written) for clear communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong proficiency with WordPress (themes, child themes, plugins, custom post types).
  • Strong proficiency with Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and 3rd-party integrations.
  • Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL.
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg).
  • Deployment skills (staging → production, DNS, SSL, backups).
  • Git or version control familiarity.
Design & UX Awareness:
  • Ability to translate Figma designs into clean, functional builds.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and accessibility best practices.
  • Attention to detail — ensuring designs are implemented precisely.
