The Role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Wardrobe Stylist to join our team and provide personalized styling advice to clients. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for trends, fit, and styling, as well as excellent communication skills to explain their styling choices and product features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Styling: Provide expert fashion advice and styling services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest collections and trends, and help clients choose the right pieces for their wardrobe.
  • Customer Experience: Build relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in organizing displays and maintaining the store's aesthetic aligned with the brand's image.
  • Sales Support: Help achieve sales targets by promoting products and encouraging customer purchases.
Requirements
  • Fashion Sense: A keen understanding of fashion trends, fit, and styling.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their style needs.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication to explain styling choices and product features.
  • Sales Ability: Comfortable working towards sales goals and promoting products.
  • Experience in Fashion: Previous experience as a fashion consultant, stylist, or in retail fashion is highly desirable.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional fashion experiences for our clients.
