Job Title: Assistant Manager, Order to Cash


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Order to Cash domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and participating in conference calls with Country/Regional Financial Managers, closely working with the team to meet deliverables, and motivating and helping team members to develop process standards.


Responsibilities
  1. Validate Purchase Orders (PO) Requests: Ensure accurate and timely validation of PO requests from suppliers to bill orders.
  2. Interact with Clients: Constantly interact with clients to obtain feedback and provide support where required. Be ready to support at various locations as per client expectations.
  3. Manage Order to Cash: Manage Order to Cash-related collections and dispute management, implement and enforce strategies.
  4. Collect Pass Due Amounts: Interact with end customers via calls and emails to collect pass due amounts.
  5. Meet Collections Numbers/Targets: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly collection numbers/targets.
  6. Customer and Country/Regional FD Relationship Management: Manage customer and country/regional financial manager relationships through email, fax, and conference calls.


Qualifications
  • Education: B.Com graduation or MBA-Finance preferred.
  • Experience: Meaningful experience in Order to Cash is required.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel. Very good written and verbal interpersonal skills are essential.
