Senior Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary objective will be to increase product penetration and achieve allocated portfolio and revenue targets through effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize sales performance by identifying and meeting the needs of customers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve branch sales planning and targets.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions processed.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and policies.
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented individual with extensive sales experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of banking products and services.
- Has good management information skills and is able to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Is certified with relevant courses and has a postgraduate degree.
