Job Title: Content Developer - E-Learning Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to craft engaging and educational content for our course videos.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of language, excellent research skills, and the ability to create content that simplifies complex topics for diverse audiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop well-structured scripts for e-learning videos, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and subject matter experts to create high-impact content.
  • Simplify technical or complex topics into easily understandable language.
  • Write compelling intros, transitions, and conclusions for course videos.
  • Adapt content for various formats, including tutorials, promotional videos, and explainer content.
  • Revise and refine content based on feedback from the team.
  • Ensure all content aligns with LearnCap's tone, voice, and branding guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong command of grammar and syntax.
  • Ability to research, organize, and present information effectively.
  • Experience in content development for videos, e-learning, or educational content.
  • Creative approach to explaining concepts and maintaining audience engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in education, communication, journalism, or related fields.
