We seek a motivated Senior Automation Specialist to join our Business Process Automation department. The ideal candidate will lead advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Automation Projects: Oversee complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business requirements.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement advanced automation systems to streamline operations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering innovation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in an automation role, with strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Java knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
  • Team Mentoring: Skilled at team mentorship and coaching, supporting technical delivery across projects.

Nice to have qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
