Job Title:Senior AI Model DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Senior AI Model Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).Key Responsibilities:
  1. Skill Development: Develop and maintain a solid foundation in NLP methods, including applications like text classification, sentiment detection, and entity recognition.
  2. Model Deployment: Deploy and scale LLMs in live environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions that meet business needs.
  4. Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML, exploring new techniques and tools to enhance model performance.
Requirements:
  1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with a range of machine learning models, spanning traditional to advanced methods.
  3. Proficiency with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and experience working with vector databases.
  4. Extensive Python programming skills, with a proven ability to implement complex solutions.
