DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing and automating infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, administering and optimizing cloud infrastructure, and implementing and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design, Implement and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines to support high-quality software delivery. This includes automating build, test, deployment, and rollback processes.">
  • Manage and Automate Infrastructure: Use IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation to manage and automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and maintenance.">
  • Administer and Optimize Cloud Infrastructure: Ensure cloud infrastructure is available, scalable, and cost-efficient. This includes rightsizing resources, implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies, and monitoring resource utilization.">
  • Implement and Maintain Monitoring, Alerting and Logging Systems: Design and implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure platform health and reliability. This includes setting up dashboards, creating custom alerts, and analyzing logs for trends and issues.">
  • Collaborate with Development, QA and Security Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to embed DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.">
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures: Investigate and resolve system issues and outages. Implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.">
  • Drive Containerization and Orchestration: Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize applications and orchestrate containers in production environments.">
  • Enforce and Evolve DevOps Standards, Security Policies and Best Practices: Establish and maintain DevOps standards, security policies, and best practices across environments.">
  • Mentor and Guide Junior DevOps Engineers: Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers to ensure their technical growth and success.">

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering roles.">
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD tools.">
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.">
  • Deep experience with infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible or similar.">
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.">
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python or similar languages.">
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools.">
  • Solid understanding of network, security and Linux system administration.">
  • Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring DevOps/engineering teams.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.">
