The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, with expertise in manual and automation testing, as well as knowledge of test frameworks, Python, and Selenium/Appium.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with Product Managers to understand new features and secure necessary approvals. This will involve engaging with developers, engineering managers, and QAs during tech sprint calls to establish timelines and clarify testing requirements.

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for developing and sharing pre-designed test case documents for implementation by QAs. They will execute testing based on internal timelines set during team sprint calls and ensure features receive sign-off after successful testing phases.

Additionally, they will conduct final testing on production environments to validate feature performance and address challenges such as changes to feature flows by coordinating necessary retesting efforts.

This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in technology or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in QA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Senior Tester/QA Lead/Test Manager.
