Business Intelligence Professional

This role involves providing comprehensive support for Business Intelligence areas, including resolution of live incidents and post-resolution problem management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical expertise in identifying the root cause of major system problems.
  • Installation and upgrade of components on Contact center infrastructure.
  • Support of various testing activities related to new implementations.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders located globally.
  • Reviewing and designing processes with new technologies to enhance performance.
  • Designing and implementing service offerings, capability uplifts, and process improvements.
  • Engaging with front-door teams and driving projects at CCI.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT.
  • Knowledge of Genesys infomart tables and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of contact center domain.
  • Working knowledge in CCAAS (Contact center as a service).
  • Experience in supporting production environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience on Linux/Unix/Window platforms.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work on-call rosters and be open to working weekends.
