Job Title: Data Engineering Expert

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Expert to design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures.
  • Optimize data flows and processes for high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data integrity.
  • Work with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
  • Integrate data from various sources including databases, APIs, and third-party services.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
  • Strong expertise in developing data processing jobs and ETL pipelines using PySpark.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc.
  • Hadoop Ecosystem expertise, including Hadoop, Hive, and related big data tools.
  • AWS knowledge, particularly with AWS data services like S3, EMR, Glue, and Redshift.
  • Excellent SQL and data modeling skills.
