The Policy team plays a critical role in navigating the regulatory environment and ensuring alignment with our business goals within India's policy framework. We work closely with government bodies, regulatory departments, and other relevant stakeholders to achieve our objectives.

Our ideal candidate will provide direction and guidance on strategy that aligns with our business goals, represent our interests with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders at local, state, and national levels, monitor and analyse legislative and regulatory developments, and develop and implement strategies to address critical legislative, regulatory, and public policy proposals.

We seek a highly experienced individual with 5+ years of experience in policy and regulatory affairs, a strong network of stakeholders, an extensive understanding of the policy climate in India, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policy strategies
  • Represent our interests with regulatory bodies
  • Monitor and analyse legislative and regulatory developments
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in policy and regulatory affairs
  • Strong network of stakeholders
  • Extensive understanding of the policy climate in India
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
