Role Overview:

As a key member of the educational content team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality, engaging video lessons that inspire student curiosity and understanding. This critical position requires strong subject knowledge in Science and exceptional delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute hands-on science activities and demonstrations while recording lessons to create interactive experiences.
  • Record high-quality science video lessons in the studio using well-prepared scripts that are curriculum-aligned and age-appropriate.
  • Simplify complex scientific concepts through real-life examples, storytelling, analogies, and visuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure lesson flow, content structure, and delivery align with platform requirements.
  • Integrate simple experiments or experiential activities while recording to make learning highly engaging.
  • Conduct thorough research and develop lesson scripts ensuring scientific accuracy, clarity, and student engagement.

This position demands a Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's degree in Science. Prior experience in recording or delivering educational content is essential, as well as prior science teaching experience at an academic institution. A proven video portfolio of past recordings or teaching sessions is also required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain scientific concepts in a clear manner are paramount.
