Our mission is to transform business requirements into efficient, scalable, and robust solutions. As a Digital Factory IT Architect at R Systems, you will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, developing, and deploying high-quality applications.

• Analyzing problems and developing solutions to ensure efficient operation of existing systems, maintaining an understanding of manufacturing processes and the implications of computer systems on these processes.
• Preparing and conducting project review meetings and management presentations, including general design review, project scheduling, test plan, system and program tactics and methods, system controls, procedures, systems documentation, and system implementation plan.
• Preparing and publishing systems project designs, plans, and status reports, complying with systems development methodology, standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules.
• Developing high-level system specifications, assisting in developing system documentation, advising on user procedures, assisting in the preparation of the general test plan, coordinating system tests.
• Participating in educational programs and professional societies involving supervisory skills, computing technology, and systems methodologies, seeking ways to expand business knowledge.
• Conducting educational programs involving company personnel relating to computing technology and specific projects.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Strong IT application background, experience developing and implementing solutions to support manufacturing process requirements, and experience with the implementation and integration of enterprise-level systems such as MES and ERP.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and hardware devices used in manufacturing, as well as cyber security.
