Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher s to join our Talent Acquisition team as Full-Time Sourcing Specialists. The ideal candidates will have a passion for identifying and engaging top technical talent, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to sourcing. This role will focus on building a pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical positions within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and account managers to understand technical role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
  • Use passive job portals, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and others, to find and engage with potential candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications through resume reviews and other AI assessment tools.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and sourcing.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Angel List, and other relevant sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
