AI Solution Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain AI-driven conversational agents that deliver exceptional user experiences through speech-to-speech interfaces.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track success metrics for AI features.
Technical Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages.
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments like AWS.
  • Proficiency in API design and generative AI frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Healthcare or financial services industry.
  • Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work.
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs.
