Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned program manager to lead our global IT programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, handling multiple stakeholders, and delivering results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and critical path analyses.
  • Partner with engineering, data, security, and finance teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management for global IT within IT services or professional services firms.
  • PMP certification (active).
  • Proven delivery of multi-region programs with follow-the-sun operating rhythms.
  • Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
