As a Lead Generation Manager at Vertoz Group, you'll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel outreach strategies to generate high-quality SQLs and accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Develop and implement comprehensive email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, etc. across multiple business entities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with various sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on SQLs and seamless integration of lead nurturing strategies.
- Generate MQLs and Convert SQLs: Achieve a minimum of 1 MQL per day per assigned business and qualify them to SQL.
- Design & Execute Campaigns: Draft engaging emails, messaging, and positioning with a target reply rate of 3%+. Drive LinkedIn engagement with a connection acceptance rate of 20%+ and book 5+ meetings weekly.
You'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to refine messaging, targeting, and conversion tactics, and use data-driven insights to optimize your strategies.
