Job Opportunity

The Data Migration Specialist plays a critical role in leading the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring that all migrated data is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive data migration strategy that aligns with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic.
  • Lead the execution of data migration activities across all project phases, including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
  • Manage the migration of master data, transactional data, and historical records from legacy systems to the target platform.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to validate and test data in the target system.
  • Implement automated and repeatable data migration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and BAAN.
  • Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, master data management (MDM), and data governance principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
