We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vlocity Solutions Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to work with one of our business clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Vlocity configuration and customization, as well as experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Vlocity configuration and/or customization.
- Analyze user story requirements and develop independently.
- Communicate and work within a team, mentoring resources who do not possess experience with the product.
- Triage defects independently and support deployments/releases.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience on one of the Vlocity Industry Clouds (Health, Insurance, Communications, and Public Sector experience is highly preferred).
- Platform-level understanding of OmniStudio, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Flexcards, Calculation Procedures, Calculation Matrices, Angular Templates, Vlocity LWC, Vlocity IDX, and Salesforce Configuration.
- Experience in Salesforce Configuration (Workflows, Process Builders, Sharing-Security Settings) and Customization areas (Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Batch, LWC, Lightning Aura).
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in understanding the underlying Vlocity data model across industries and building solutions keeping 'Vlocity First' approach in mind.
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Consultant, or/and Vlocity Industry certifications.
- Salesforce.com Admin or Developer certified.
- Knowledgeable in Apex and LWC.
- Holds Vlocity Industry experience on one of the Industries (Health, Insurance, Communications, and Government).
