Job Title: Creative Visual Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Creative Visual Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with 3 to 10 years of experience in creating visually compelling designs for B2B marketing campaigns.

The successful applicant will lead the design strategy, ensuring consistency with the brand identity across all touchpoints. This includes creating and implementing visual guidelines for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Leadership:
    Create visually stunning designs for email templates, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and landing pages. Develop and maintain a library of templates and design elements for team-wide use.
  2. UI/UX Design:
    Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD for digital platforms like websites and web applications. Ensure designs are optimized for functionality, usability, and responsiveness.
  3. Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  4. Content Creation:
    Design high-quality visual assets for presentations, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, and other B2B collateral. Develop engaging visuals that capture the audience's attention.
  5. Manage quality outputs within stipulated timelines.
  6. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of 3 to 10 years in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and other relevant design tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
