Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Data Management Group as an Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a team of research analysts, ensuring the highest quality standards of financial, market and business research on our platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Research and Knowledge Management: You will deliver high-quality updates for multiple regions globally, identifying best practices to drive continuous efficiency and process improvements.
  • Quality Guardianship: You will regularly review the updates executed by your team, identifying quality issues and addressing them through training and coaching.
  • Recruitment: You will support the hiring of research analysts to meet the group's headcount and content targets.
  • Team Management: You will train, develop, and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal and professional growth.
  • Strategic Initiatives: You will identify and own improvement opportunities, executing data improvement initiatives in the DMG group.
  • Technology: You will identify and drive technical initiatives to automate workflow and improve efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a mid-level role for a shared services/competence centre or research centre, preferably in the financial/professional services industry.
  • Experience working with teams of 10 or more FTEs, with a proven track record of successfully managing and developing team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • A bias to action, with a hands-on mindset and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • A positive management style, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
