We are seeking a talented UX Lead who can craft compelling stories through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. As a leader in the design team, this person will effectively communicate the final product's vision to stakeholders and facilitate client feedback.

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, along with knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices, is essential.

This role involves creating engaging user experiences through user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups that bring user visions to life. The successful candidate will lead the design team and be responsible for presenting the final product to clients for feedback.

To excel in this position, you should possess knowledge of design tools like Figma and Adobe XD, have a well-curated design portfolio showcasing excellent UI quality and an in-depth UX thought process, and be familiar with user-centered design principles and best practices. Strong communication skills to articulate positions and advocate for designs are also crucial.

A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is a plus. Additionally, a passion for innovation, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and an interest in learning new technologies and design skills are desirable traits.
