Job Title: Compensation Consultant

Role Overview

This compensation consultant will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing the Oracle Cloud Compensation application. The primary focus is on business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Global Implementation: Implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements for 100 countries.
  • End-to-End Execution: End-to-end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plans.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Working closely with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT.
  • Data Management: Collaborating with Data teams to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables.
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud Compensation application and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with technical teams and a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
