Lead Visual Communications Specialist

McDonald's is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and immersive learning experiences, communications, marketing, and other assets that drive behavior change across the organization.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing multimedia content for learning & development programs and creating learning assets using various tools and technologies, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and more.
Key responsibilities include designing user experiences using cutting-edge design principles and UI best practices, creating mockups or wireframes to confirm design with the design team, translating complex concepts into clear and visually compelling stories, and ensuring all graphics and visuals adhere to McDonald's branding guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design with design software.
- Software expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Premier, InDesign, Acrobat, XD, PDF, etc.
- Communication skills: Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
