The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in microbiology, biotechnology, or a related field.

• Key responsibilities include performing environmental monitoring of classified areas, sampling and testing of purified water and raw water, and conducting microbiological validation studies.
• Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting regulatory inspections and customer audits, maintaining accurate records and reports, and staying up-to-date with pharmacopeia changes, ICH guidelines, and regulatory expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A strong background in microbiology, biotechnology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in the API/Pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and reports, and participating in qualification of controlled areas, equipment, and utilities.

We are looking for an individual who is able to maintain accurate microbiological records as per GMP and data integrity requirements, and who can support out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) investigations related to microbial results.

The ideal candidate will be able to train production and quality staff on microbiological hygiene and aseptic practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of contamination control strategies.
