Luxoft, a leading consulting and implementation company in the financial industry, is seeking a highly skilled SOC Analyst to strengthen our cybersecurity team. Key Responsibilities:



• Assist leadership in preparing for cyber event prevention and early detection by improving visibility and IT infrastructure



• Rapidly identify, analyze, and scope cyber events to Incident Managers



• Provide clear guidance for containment and remediation of cyber events to Incident Managers and IT Operations teams



• Drive incidents to resolution with a sense of urgency



• Improve event analysis operations and manage detection algorithms and use-cases, reducing false positives and collaborating with Cybersecurity teams to enhance alerting accuracy



• Understand and incorporate Incident Handling methodology in daily tasks



• Assist in small to medium-sized cybersecurity projects and investigations


Required Skills:



• 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity



• General understanding of SEIM, DLP Alerts, Incident Handling Methodology, and EDR platforms



• One or more certifications such as GIAC, CEH, CySA+, Security+, or other security certifications



• Hands-on technical Cybersecurity experience across multiple domains



• Technical and analytical understanding of Mac OSX, Microsoft Windows, and Linux/Unix system administration and security controls



• Familiarity with incident response and security operations in public cloud environments



• Familiarity with incident response and security operations in large corporate on-prem environments



• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation



• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
