We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager - Agency to join our team at GK HR Consulting India Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, Licensing, and Activation of IRDAAgents
- Responsible for renewal and retention of existing agents
- Maintaining relationships with existing agents
- Responsible for top and bottom line performance
Requirements:
- Sales experience is mandatory
- Graduation is preferred
- Up to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
