Marketing Manager - Social Media

As a Marketing Manager for Social Media, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement monthly marketing calendars to create consistent brand presence and messaging across all platforms.
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with business objectives and meet audience engagement goals.
    • Manage paid advertising strategies on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads to optimize ROI and reach.
    • Monitor market trends and analyze consumer behavior to inform new marketing initiatives.
  • Content & Social Media Management
    • Coordinate content creation with designers, photographers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality visual assets.
    • Write engaging captions, ad copy, and social media posts that resonate with the target audience.
    • Schedule and publish content on various social media platforms using optimized posting tools.
    • Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and basic queries in a timely manner.
  • Branding & Growth
    • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and messaging across all digital channels.
    • Track engagement metrics, reach, leads, and return on investment (ROI) through analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
    • Optimize content for better engagement and conversion rates through A/B testing and user feedback.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or brand management.
  • Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, hospitality, and wedding marketing.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
