Job Title: Multimedia Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team at United Airlines. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual content for our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop multimedia content, including graphics, audio, and video, for training programs.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop precise and effective training materials.
  • Create CBT content, both graphics and audio, into templates for implementation.
  • Test applications within LMS systems to ensure capturing of progress and completion of lessons.
  • Produce training scripts based on research, communication, documentation, and understanding of training materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology for adult learning.
  • Experience with web-based application testing, including regression testing and functional testing.
  • Web development experience specifically for eLearning delivery.
  • Experience in testing web-based applications using various platforms and browsers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the learning design cycle (ADDIE or SAM).
  • Strong working knowledge of eLearning development tools and at least one Learning Management System.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated skill in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and training program evaluation and administration.
  • Leadership Development curriculum design and development.
  • Knowledge of Best Practices in leadership learning and development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing engaging and effective adult learning programs.
  • Public Sector and Independent Consulting experience, a plus.
  • Familiarity with ActionScript 3, JavaScript, and HTML 5.
