Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.">
  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability, ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.">
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration.">
  • Contribute to and help evolve our internal design system to reflect the unique needs of agentic AI interfaces.">
  • Continuously refine designs based on data, feedback, and behavioral insights.">

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with at least some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools.">
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.">
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.">
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.">
  • Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to grow, especially in applying design to AI-powered products.">
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback across disciplines.">
