AI Software Developer Position

We are looking for an experienced AI software developer to join our team of consultants. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges.

  • This position requires expertise in machine learning engineering, with a focus on implementing predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision using Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end AI solutions from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ongoing optimization and fine-tuning of AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and apply them to improve existing systems.
  • Contribute to the development of AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, model serving frameworks, and monitoring tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI software development or related fields.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong understanding of AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools, such as MLflow, for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
