About the Role:

iLink Digital is a global software solution provider and systems integrator. We deliver next-generation technology solutions to help clients solve complex business challenges, improve organizational effectiveness, and increase business productivity.

As a Sr. Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and leads to write defect-free code for assigned tasks and deliver it. You will collaborate with technical leads to implement suggested solutions within time and with expected quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality code for assigned tasks and deliver it on time.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to implement suggested solutions.
  • Identify technology challenges and evaluate innovative solutions.
  • Follow development standards and perform unit testing.
  • Share risks, issues, and dependencies with technical leads and follow up for resolutions.
  • Responsible for resolving technical challenges faced by collaborating with leads and colleagues.
  • Update efforts, tasks, and activity details in Sprint Board before daily stand-up meeting.
  • Help technical leads in implementing solutions or POC as per requirements.
  • Identify technical, functional, inter-personal/soft skills gaps and plan improvements.
  • Closely work with stakeholders to understand user stories, define tasks, estimate, and ensure timely completion.
  • Gain complete project/product functional knowledge and raise appropriate questions.
  • Identify technology challenges, evaluate, and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a software developer/engineer.
  • Engineering degree or master's degree in IT/Computer Science.
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages and experience in multiple technology areas (Microsoft).
  • Experience in working with agile development teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, conceptual, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrate highly effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to see big-picture designs from basic specifications.

Deep Domain Expertise:

  • 8+ years of experience in design and development of custom applications using latest versions of .Net, MVC, WebAPI, .Net Core, Angular, NodeJS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud platform using microservices architecture.
  • Good exposure to design patterns and Azure functions.
  • Good at Continuous integration and deployment technologies (Git, GitHub, Jenkins, DevOps, Chef, Puppet).
