Electrical Engineering Role Job OverviewThe Electrical Engineer will design and develop electrical systems for various projects. This involves leading and supporting the design process, developing detailed drawings, performing electrical calculations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, participating in design reviews, and providing mentorship to junior engineers. Responsibilities- Lead and support the design of electrical systems including medium and low-voltage substations, power distribution, lighting, and grounding.- Develop detailed design drawings and construction documents using Revit in accordance with project standards.- Perform electrical calculations including load analysis, short circuit, arc flash, and coordination studies using tools like SKM or ETAP.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, structural, architectural, and civil disciplines.- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and other applicable codes and standards.- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and construction support activities such as RFI responses and submittal reviews.- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers. Requirements- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design for large, complex industrial or manufacturing projects.- Proficiency in Revit for electrical design is required.- Experience with SKM, ETAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office suite.- Strong understanding of U.S. electrical codes and standards.- Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications- Experience with automotive, battery manufacturing, FMCG, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing facilities.- Experience with data center design is a plus.- Prior experience in a consulting engineering environment. What We OfferA collaborative and supportive culture where you are not just a number but a critical and highly valued member of our team.
