- Source, qualify, and evaluate startups using top-down and bottom-up approaches.
- Leading deep-dive diligence on product, technology, market, and founding teams.
- Crafting compelling investment memos and presenting directly to the Investment Committee.
- Supporting negotiations and deal execution with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
- Representing the company at top-tier conferences and founder communities.
Requirements:
- High-caliber, high-conviction talent with 1+ years' experience in venture capital or investment firms.
- Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems and proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
